Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 3–5 business days, email care@prettiva.co. Tracking activity may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Items may ship from different facilities and can arrive separately. Each parcel has its own tracking link.
Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Once shipped, the address cannot be edited.
RTO occurs when delivery fails due to an unreachable phone number, incorrect address, missed attempts, or refusal. Re-delivery will require a two-way shipping and handling fee.

We accept Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
No, we do not currently support Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid via our secure online payment options.
Different items may ship separately. Each parcel incurs its own handling cost based on weight and courier routing.
We accept claims only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 5 days of delivery. An unboxing video is strongly recommended to help verify the issue. See our full Refund Policy.
Email care@prettiva.co with your order number, issue description, photos, and an unboxing video if available. We will arrange a free replacement. In the rare event a replacement cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.
In the rare event a refund is issued, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Minor dents in outer packaging that do not affect the product are not considered defects.
For approved replacements there are no additional charges. If an item is returned and found non-defective or ineligible, the customer may be responsible for return and re-shipping costs.
