Items may ship from different facilities and can arrive separately. Each parcel has its own tracking link.
Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Once shipped, the address cannot be edited.
RTO occurs when delivery fails due to unreachable phone number, incorrect address, missed attempts, or refusal. Re-delivery may require two-way charges.

We accept Razorpay (UPI, cards, wallets) and COD. COD orders include handling fees shown at checkout.
