Welcome to Prettiva & Co. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at prettiva.co (the “Site”) and any products or services you purchase. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. General

Prettiva & Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a print-on-demand clothing brand. All items are made to order. By using this Site, you confirm you are of legal purchasing age or have guardian permission.

2. Product Information

We strive to display accurate images and descriptions, but we cannot guarantee exact color or print accuracy. Minor variations in printing, color, and sizing (up to 5%) are normal in print-on-demand production and do not constitute defects.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after entering production. Production typically begins within 12–24 hours of placing the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including pricing errors, limited stock, or suspected fraud. If canceled on our end before production or shipment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

If a COD order is refused or the customer is unreachable after multiple courier attempts, the order will be returned to us (RTO). In such cases, the customer may be charged a two-way shipping and handling fee.

Repeated COD refusals may result in permanent blocking of the COD option for the customer’s account, phone number, or address.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship through partners including Blue Dart and Delhivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, strikes, customs, or other events outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because all products are made to order, we only accept returns or replacements if the item is defective, damaged, or materially incorrect. Issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and order details.

If a return is approved, customers may be subject to return shipping fees depending on the case, location, and courier charges.

If a returned item is found to be non-defective or ineligible for replacement, the customer may be responsible for both return shipping and re-shipping fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this Site belong to Prettiva & Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission. Products purchased are for personal use only and may not be resold commercially.

9. User Responsibilities

You may not misuse the Site, engage in fraud, introduce malware, interfere with operations, or violate any laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in policy violations, fraud, chargeback misuse, or repeated COD refusal.

10. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers (Razorpay, logistics partners, hosting providers). Their terms and policies apply independently. We are not responsible for their errors, outages, or misconduct.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free service, or perfect accuracy of product descriptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prettiva & Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount actually paid for that order.

13. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an inaccurate description due to system or typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, lockdowns, or courier disruptions.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Prettiva & Co. regarding use of the Site and supersede any prior verbal or written agreements.
