1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
We do not ship to PO boxes, military bases, or restricted zones where courier access is limited.
2. Production & Dispatch Time
All products at Prettiva & Co. are made-to-order. Production typically takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production begins, usually within 12–24 hours after placing the order.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metros: 3–5 business days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: 6–10 business days
These are estimates only. Courier delays due to weather, logistics load, strikes, or regional conditions are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
Minor dents or cosmetic damage to the outer packaging that do not affect the product are not considered defects.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking details are emailed automatically once shipped. If you do not receive tracking within 3–5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at care.prettivaco@gmail.com.
Courier tracking scans may take 24–48 hours to update after pickup. This does not indicate a delay.
5. Address Accuracy & Changes
You are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address. Address changes are only possible before your order has been dispatched. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in the order being Returned to Origin (RTO). Re-delivery may require payment of a two-way shipping and handling fee.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts / RTO
Your order may be returned to us (RTO) if the courier cannot reach you due to:
- an unreachable phone number
- an incorrect or incomplete address
- refusal to accept the delivery (for COD or prepaid)
In such cases, the customer may be charged a two-way shipping and handling fee for re-delivery, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
7. Partial Deliveries
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, potentially on different days, depending on product type, availability, and logistics routing. This is normal.
8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the issue
- A proper unboxing video
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
- Photo of the original packaging
Evidence must clearly show the issue. Claims with unclear proof may be rejected.
Issues are handled according to our Refund Policy.
We only accept return claims for damaged/incorrect items within 5 days. Proper unboxing video and photos are mandatory.
9. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.
Re-delivery due to an RTO event may incur additional charges.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.
